Vaughn A. Hromiko, Partner

Vaughn Hromiko has been serving commercial and public sector organizations for more than a decade.  He has a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona.  He has also earned a BA in Political Science from Brigham Young University.  He is bilingual, speaking English and fluent Spanish as a second language.

Mr. Hromiko began his career in tax incentive services with KPMG, LLP's Business Incentive Group (BIG) in Sacramento. Later, he played a strategic role in the growth of Romo & Associates, Inc. Business Incentives Consultants where he spearheaded the design and development of the firm's technology infrastructure.  Mr. Hromiko's knowledge of tax incentives has enabled him to design and develop mission-critical information systems and software tools supporting state and federal tax incentive services on a national scale. Numerous firms providing tax incentive services use software that he developed.

Mr. Hromiko was formerly a management consultant with MTG Management Consultants, LLP of Seattle Washington, a firm nationally renowned for its synthesis of management and technology consulting services in the public sector.  He is an active member of the California Association of Enterprise Zones (CAEZ), The Society for Human Resource Management, the National Restaurant Association, and the Proven Reliable B2B Network.

Dustin A. Cobb, Partner

Dustin Cobb is a veteran of marketing and business development. Mr. Cobb's primary role at Zone Centrix – Tax Zone & Credit Experts is to inform business leaders about their tax incentive opportunities.

Mr. Cobb's experience spans various industries including tax services, marketing research, entertainment, publishing, and sales.  He has played a pivotal part in the rollout of multiple business enterprises including One Directory of Chiropractic in 1990, Passion Flower Records in 1994, Playa Productions in 1999, and Zone Centrix – Tax Zone & Credit Experts,.

Larry Dickey, Partner

Joining Zone Centrix – Tax Zone & Credit Experts in 2004, Larry Dickey brought with him an exceptionally broad background of life experience, expertise and consulting services. Mr. Dickey has a PHD in Public Administration. He has also earned a BA in Political Science, a BA in Psychology, and a BA in Fire Administration.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Dickey was a founding partner and the CEO of Greystone Consulting and Education, Inc. He is a distinguished veteran of the Vietnam era, having served in the U.S. Army's 101st Airborne Division as an Infantry Platoon Leader and Infantry Company Commander.
