Qualifications differ from program to program. In all cases eligibility is based on the employee’s circumstances prior to their date of hire.  For example, an employee whose family received public assistance during the eighteen months prior to hire can qualify your company for up to $9,000 in federal tax credit under the U.S. Work Opportunity Tax Credit program.  The same employee, if hired within a California Enterprise Zone, could also generate more than $35,000 in state tax credit.

Information Security
